The Power of Self Compassion Workshop

Amy Udy is a full-time Guidance Counsellor who is passionate about helping people explore who they are and discover their own strengths, resources and talents so they can care for their mental health and become the best version of themselves.

Alongside counselling, Amy is a certified Art Therapy Practitioner. She also coaches The Significant Woman discipleship groups from time to time in Auckland and facilitates mental health workshops within the community.

Amy believes that, as relational people, we all long to see and be seen, hear and be heard, and love and be loved just as we are. Outside of work, she enjoys beach walks and creating art.

Join Amy for a restorative two-hour workshop exploring the power of self-compassion. You’ll learn practical, evidence-based strategies to better understand what self-compassion is, recognise when you need it, and learn how to practise it in everyday life. The workshop will explore how self-compassion can help build resilience, find greater peace, and grow through challenging times.
