Two concurrent Alpha sessions each Tuesday: one for English speakers, and one for Mandarin speakers.
Alpha is an opportunity to explore life, faith and God in a friendly, open and informal environment. It is a series of interactive sessions exploring the basics of the Christian faith. Millions of people have taken the course. Everyone's welcome!
Each session looks at a different question, and is designed to create conversation. There’s no pressure, no follow-up and no charge; it’s just an open, informal, and honest space to explore and discuss life’s big questions together.
What's Involved?
- Food. Each session will start with dessert and, or a savoury snack at 7:30PM.
- Talk. The video talks are engaging and inspire conversation. Each one explores the big issues around faith and unpacks the basics of Christianity, addressing questions like “Who is Jesus?”, "How can we have faith?", “Why and how do I pray?” and “How does God guide us?”
- Discussion. This is a chance to share thoughts and ideas about the talk without being corrected or judged. There’s no obligation to say anything and there's nothing you can't say (seriously). It's an opportunity to hear from others and contribute your own perspective in an honest, friendly, and open environment.
